Annual General Meeting and Mini-Conference 2021

Our AGM and Mini-Conference was held on January 20, 2021. Our keynote speaker, Marina Tchistaia, from the Toronto Public Health COVID-19 Response Outreach Team, delivered a presentation on COVID-19 transmission, prevention, testing and vaccination. She also provided information on where to get resources for mental health and well-being.

Marina’s clear and concise presentation enabled us to clarify the misconceptions and myths surrounding COVID-19 and how to access support during this very difficult time. Thank you, Marina and all TESL NYYR members for participating in this event!
